Barbara Guest Hargin has worked for many years as an educator. She holds degrees in Education and Psychology as well as a Masters in Social Work and is qualified as a Trainer, Educator and Practitioner of Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. She has spent many years running workshops, training students and working with groups, couples and individual clients. She has training in a variety of modalities and brings an array of skills to her work. Barbara enjoys being outdoors and connecting with people, animals and nature.

Mike graduated from the University of Manitoba with a degree in pastoral psychology and has been associated with TCPSO and its predecessor TCPS for over 27 years. As a skilled Trainer, Educator, Practitioner (TEP) in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy, Mike has facilitated training workshops for many years -- often related to concurrent addiction and trauma issues. Mike has a deep love for Psychodrama and its close sister Sociometry; and he looks forward to opportunities to share his wisdom and experience with others!

Ananta Chauhan, aka Baljit Kaur, is a Registered Psychotherapist and a Trainer Educator Practitioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy, having trained since 2005 in New Zealand and Canada. She holds a Ph.D. in Specific Learning Disabilities and Masters in Psychology and Education. Ananta uses psychodrama and sociometry with groups and individuals drawing on her extensive experience of working with children, families and women. Her passion lies in using action methods to enliven professional and personal experiences for herself and others, particularly working with diverse abilities and cultural backgrounds.

Kim Irvine-Albano has been a psychotherapist for over 25 years. Kim has a Masters in Transpersonal Studies and is a Registered Psychotherapist. She is a Trainer, Educator and Practitioner in Psychodrama, Sociometry and Group Psychotherapy. Kim is currently the Clinical Director at a community counselling centre in Kingston Ontario, where she uses psychodrama and sociometry with groups, couples, and individual clients. Kim lives amongst trees and wildlife and enjoys connecting with nature, connecting with people, and spending time with her partner and two adult children, dog, cat, and chickens.

Rob Hawkings is in private practice as a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Practitioner of Psychodrama, Sociometry & Group Psychotherapy, with specialties in addictions and adult resolution of childhood trauma. For over 30 years, Rob has been learning and practicing psychodrama and sociometry, and he incorporates these safe and powerful modalities into his own ongoing personal growth and healing as well as into his training workshops and his therapeutic work with groups and individuals. Rob has co-created and co-facilitated training and healing workshops in many different settings in both Canada and the US.

Miriam Zachariah has been a public-school educator for over 30 years. As the granddaughter of JL Moreno, creator of Psychodrama and Sociometry, she has focused on developing and facilitating group processes to create effective working teams through an anti-oppressive lens. She has successfully developed strong community in workplaces, intervened in conflict and supported dialogue across differences. Most recently, she has co-authored a chapter entitled Circles as an Anti- Racist Practice: a conversation about collaboration and democracy in education which will be published (2025) in Colorizing Restorative Practices: Naming the Silences edited by Edward C. Valandra, Warjbli Waphaha Hoksila.
